Henry D’Ath

Henry D'Ath is a New Zealand born, Hong Kong based artist. With techniques learned from an agricultural upbringing the artist favors a very physical process of making, preferring tools familiar to most agrarian settings. Using mainly wood in his work, the artist references contradictions in perception, memory and place, examined through furniture. Each work is produced in the artist's Hong Kong workshop by hand.
